Sample Reports
My reports provide a comprehensive and precise assessment of your home’s current condition. In accordance with Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) regulations, your report will be presented in the standard TREC format using form REI 7-6. In addition to the required format, you will receive a clear, easy-to-read summary of all findings, complete with thorough documentation, exact locations, and photographs of each observation.
